Dream Apartments announces 19 “Dream Pods” to open in June 2019 on Bank Square beside the famous Mourne Seafood Bar and popular Kelly’s Cellars.
The budget rooms might be compact in size but they manage to squeeze in plenty of amenities. Each room has its own small bathroom with power shower, a TV and Wifi, a full length mirror and hanging space for clothes. The property will also include a ground floor restaurant.
Dream Apartments Managing Director, Tom Smyth believes there is a growing market for budget accommodation in Belfast, given the city’s tourism boom and the subsequent rise in hotel room rates.

Dream Apartment’s latest concept.. Dream pods was recently announced with 33 due to open in Liverpool’s Colonial Chambers in November 2019.
