COVID-19 POLICY

Whilst the current situation in relation to COVID-19 is ongoing and ever-changing, we would like to reassure you that your safety, well-being and security is of the highest importance to us. Likewise, the safety, well-being and security of our staff is of equal importance.
We are strictly adhering to government advice and continually monitoring protocols in line with ongoing updates.

Our staff have been briefed on the guidelines provided by the local health authorities and we conduct daily meetings to continually review the situation.
All areas of the hotel are thoroughly deep-cleaned and sanitised several times throughout the day; with particular attention on ‘high touch areas’ such as door handles, elevator buttons, and reception desks. Our reception & cleaning staff are equipped with PPE – visors, gloves and masks.

Hand sanitiser is offered upon arrival and is available at reception and in staff areas.
Staff or guests who are unwell with any symptoms of cough, fever, flu or respiratory problems are asked to consult a doctor immediately. We also ask that guests and staff who are considered vulnerable to the virus not to attend the premises.
We remain vigilant and will continue to follow advice and monitor the situation very closely.
