Tom continued: “Liverpool is a global city, with a forward-thinking perspective and exceptional economic strengths. Blue-chips, start-ups, entrepreneurs and emerging talent are attracted to Liverpool by investment opportunities, business benefits and a fantastic city to live, work and socialise in.

“Our new Penthouses will offer our clients an even higher standard of living, larger rooms, better views all with the exceptional Dream standard of high-speed WiFi, concierge and house-keeping service, 24hour parking, LED mood lighting and roof gardens. We are confident that our entire Water Street offering is a fantastic addition to Liverpool’s corporate market on both short to long-term contracts.”
