Dream Apartments, a leading serviced apartment group are looking to expand their team in Newcastle and require a Proactive Sales Executive to drive corporate bookings.
This role will covering both are Aerial House and Bigg Market sites you’ll be proactive, used to picking up the phone and creating relationships.
You must be confident in networking and creating new appointments that bring in new business.
A background in hotels is a must, ideally from a proactive sales role or a coordinator looking to move into a proactive role.
The required candidate will be responsible for the apartment rates, making sure that we maximize the portfolios opportunity to increase rates where possible.
We are looking for the right person to have the following qualities.
DRIVE, AMBITIOUS, SELF STARTER.
Salary 19.5k – 23k depending on experience
