There are horse races, and then there is the Grand National. Often called ‘the greatest race in the world’ across 4 miles and 30 fences considered the ultimate test of a horse’s courage, and winners become the stuff of legend. 600 million people watch this race in 140 countries, but there’s nothing like being there in person, feeling the ground shake as the thundering cavalry sweep by to the roar of the crowd.
The races will begin on Thursday April 12th with the traditional opening day races before Friday’s Ladies Day and the main event, the 2018 Grand National on Saturday April 14.
